Uniform Order

The uniform package consists of home and away jerseys, pant shell, and socks.

JERSEY NUMBER

You will choose a number based on birth year. The number will be yours throughout your time with the Icehawks allowing you to customize apparel. Please have your top 4 choices ready; same numbers chosen by players on the same team will be determined first come first serve.

EVEN BIRTH YEARS

Players born in EVEN; EVEN JERSEY NUMBERS ONLY (2–98).

ODD BIRTH YEARS

Players born in ODD; ODD JERSEY NUMBER ONLY (1–97).

NAME

We have a custom Icehawks typeface for the names which are applied directly to the jersey!

NOTE: All names will appear in ALL CAPS.

Enter your last name exactly as you'd like it to appear in ALL CAPS. The organization is not responsible for misspellings and can not refund the cost of jerseys based on misspellings. Please double check your name before submitting.

Double last names with spaces (Ex: VON HEUSEN) and hyphenated names (Ex: SMITH-PELLEY) are acceptable.

WHAT IF MY JERSEY OR SHELL BECOMES DAMAGED, LOST OR TOO SMALL?

If a jersey or pant shell becomes damaged or a larger size is required, you must reorder using the online order forms. We will make every effort to supply you with your customized jerseys as soon as possible. In the meantime, a substitute jersey or pant shell may be provided.
