Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Tryouts

The $100 Tryout fee is non-refundable. However, if a player who attends tryouts and is not placed on a travel team (or chooses not to play on a full travel team) and they continue to play on a Northwest Icehawks in house team, the $100 tryout fee will be applied against the cost of the chosen program. This is intended to encourage players to attend tryouts, even if there is uncertainty about whether the player should or wants to be playing on a travel hockey team or not.

Refunds are determined by the Board on a case by base basis.

Uniform Order

RETURN POLICY: All uniform sales are final. No exchanges or returns are possible due to customization.

Goalie Training

This included in the Goalie Tuition.

Spring Skills 8U-10U

All sales are final.
